No matter what your fitness level, goal or motivation may be, we have something just for you to help you feel and look your best. We have Fitness Rooms in three of our facilities and a variety of group exercise classes lasting 5 and 10 weeks. The Fitness Rooms contain cardiovascular and strength training equipment. The cardio vascular equipment includes treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bicycles. The strength training equipment includes a variety of machines to strengthen and tone your body. Group exercise classes include, but are not limited to, Boot Camp, Fast 45, Yoga, and Zumba.
A fitness room orientation provides information on policies, procedures, fees, hours of operation and how to properly use the equipment. Additionally, personal training is now offered for those needing the extra push of motivation from someone with some expertise. Schedules listing the hours of operations are available the Recreation Center of your choice!
